We can also provide training and tutorials, home or business networking setups, data recovery/transfer services, and upgrade services.

Rates and Terms

Macheads Diagnosis (minimum charge): $100. Diagnosis fee is a minimum fee, charged whether or not work continues after diagnosis is reached. The diagnosis fee is applied to your first hour if you choose to proceed with service.

Following diagnosis, we'll recommend possible solutions and provide an estimate for total repair cost (labor and parts). Rate: $100/hour

Standard repair turnaround is 48-72 hours, subject to change depending on current workload conditions, parts availability, and repair complexity. Macheads does offer expedited repair for additional fees:

• Emergency/Rush Service, In-House: $200/hour
• Emergency/Rush Service, On-Site: $300/hour

Additional Services

• Data Recovery: First Hour, $127.50. $85/hour thereafter.
• Logic Board Battery Replacement: $85 plus battery cost (battery cost may vary depending on desktop model)
• RAM Install: $30. Free if purchased at Macheaads.
• Backups/Transfers: First hour, $150. $100/hour thereafter.
